Dawlish Warren Golf Club

Following a change in management in May 2018, they were on a mission to give the clubhouse a well-deserved facelift. Well known for its fantastic food, the restaurant and bar areas needed to reflect a contemporary image more in keeping with its breathtaking location at the mouth of the Exe estuary.

With a tight budget, only the essentials were totally replaced – the flooring and new furniture. Cool coastal colours were added to the walls in simple emulsion paint, and feature lights were added. The existing bar was re-clad on the front with tongue and groove boards and painted – giving it a new lease of life.

Many of the club members gave their time to help make the project a success. The incredible difference this refurbishment has made, will enable the club to build on a fresh foundation, supporting existing members whilst looking to encourage future growth. The clubhouse is also a fantastic venue for weddings and other events.
