interior design
consultation
Free, no obligation meeting to establish the scope of your project and formulate a brief. We will discuss your expectations, aspirations and how we can translate this into an inspiring interior to meet your needs. A fee proposal will follow, for your consideration.
concept design
A measured survey will be completed, as necessary. This is also offered as a standalone service – find out more. We also take a photographic record, and details or audits of existing items to be re-used. Research is carried out, with analysis of target markets, clients, competitors and relevant aspirational interiors as a basis for inspiration and direction. Initial layout plans will establish optimal functionality, creating a natural flow whilst maximising space. Space planning is also offered as a separate service. Mood boards are produced to establish general ideas and direction for ambience, colour and finishes.
detail design
Development of concept in the form of a 3D model/ visuals of key areas, bringing the scheme to life - find out more. A full set of CAD drawings are produced for contractor use – plans, elevations, working drawings of any bespoke fixtures, FF&E specification and scope of works. All drawings are produced in accordance with any necessary statutory regulations, which can be applied for on your behalf.
project management
The full drawing package will enable you to implement the scheme, however, we can take away the hassle by project managing this for you. We liaise with our subcontract partners, or a contractor of your choice, to achieve the most competitive rate. This service will be tailored to suit your needs.
space planning
An essential and fundamental element of every project - analysing the use of space, circulation, and the ergonomic relationship to furniture or zones. Included in the interior design process, this can also be offered as a standalone service. Scale layout drawings are produced to ensure feasibility of your project, and optimal functionality.
3D visualisation
Using specialist software, we generate a digital model of your interior. This is helpful to bring the space planning to life, and really understand how your space will look - avoiding expensive mistakes. A basic model may suffice, but we can produce photorealistic renders (useful for marketing purposes or if you require a more realistic visual).
measured surveys
A full measured survey - from a small area, to all floors of a building. This can also include audits of any existing furniture to be re-used, or a merchandise audit for retail. Scale CAD plans are produced, and sent to you in any digital format. This is included as part of our design process, however as a standalone service we can provide a cost effective solution to producing plans for a number of business applications. They are useful for Fire Strategy documents, statutory regulation applications/ future projects, feasibility studies or just for your records.
cad service
We provide a freelance service to Architects, Manufacturers, Joinery Companies and Shopfitters who don't have a dedicated in-house designer/ cad technician. This is proving to be useful tool for companies to utilise on an ad hoc basis, especially for new businesses finding their feet. We would love to collaborate with you.
photography
When your project is complete and looking fabulous, we also offer a photography service so that you can show off your beautiful interior for marketing purposes.
