Exeter based Smart Estate Agent, made the move to prestigious offices in Southernhay West in December 2021. The Grade II* listed property forms the end of the Georgian red brick terrace, and was in need of some TLC. Built in the 1790s by architect Matthew Nosworthy, the space consists of the ground floor, basement and communal lobby servicing the upper floors.

 

We utilised the beautiful original architectural features, giving them a clean contemporary twist by adding cool grey walls and quirky features to complement the company branding. Industrial style lighting contrasts with the ornate ceiling roses, and the contemporary furniture is the functional finishing touch. The client required extra desk capacity for company expansion, which has been achieved with careful space planning without compromising on function.
